These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between Roaminix Shop (“Roaminix”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a provider of digital eSIM data plans registered at 33B Do Xuan Hop, Binh Trung, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and the individual or entity accessing or purchasing services from roaminix.shop (the “Customer”, “you” or “your”). By accessing our website, adding a product to your cart, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Roaminix Shop is an online retailer of digital eSIM (embedded SIM) data plans designed for international travel. Our products are delivered electronically: after purchase you receive a QR code and activation instructions by email, which you scan on a compatible eSIM-enabled device to obtain mobile data coverage in the destination country or region. Our plans are data-only by default and do not include voice calling or SMS unless explicitly stated on the product page.
We work with established mobile network operators and connectivity partners across more than 200 countries and regions to deliver reliable, local-carrier-grade data. Roaminix is a reseller of connectivity; we are not the underlying mobile network operator, and coverage, speeds and network performance depend on the partner networks available in your location.

All content on roaminix.shop, including text, graphics, logos, icons, software and the compilation thereof, is the property of Roaminix or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use of your purchased eSIM.
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roaminix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that a specific level of speed or coverage will be available at all times. Connectivity services depend on third-party networks over which we have no control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roaminix and its affiliates, officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Roaminix for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roaminix and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the services in violation of applicable law, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activity, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a legal, security or reputational risk. You may stop using our services at any time. Upon termination, all rights and licences granted to you under these Terms will cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or business practices. The “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved friendly, it shall be submitted to the competent court or arbitration body in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of the mandatory protections afforded to them under the laws of their country of residence.
