What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM card built into your phone. It lets you connect to a local network without a physical SIM card. You activate it by scanning a QR code.
Which phones support eSIM?
iPhone XS and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and most recent Android flagships. Check our
eSIM Compatibility page for the full list.
How do I activate my eSIM?
After purchase, you receive a QR code by email. Scan it in your phone's Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) to activate. Takes about 2 minutes. See our
How It Works guide.
Can I use my eSIM with my existing SIM?
Yes! Most eSIM phones support dual SIM. You can keep your existing SIM for calls and texts while using the eSIM for data.
What happens when my data runs out?
You can top up your eSIM from your account dashboard. Your eSIM stays active and you can continue using it after topping up.
Do I need to turn off my existing data plan?
No. You can keep your existing plan active. Just make sure your phone is set to use the eSIM for data when you're abroad.
Can I use my eSIM in multiple countries?
It depends on the plan. Single-country plans work in one country. Our EU Roaming plans cover 30+ European countries. Our Global plan covers 130+ countries.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on unused eSIMs. If your eSIM doesn't work, we'll replace it or refund you. See our
Refund Policy for details.
How is my data protected?
We use AES-256 encryption for data in transit and at rest. We never sell your personal data. See our
Data Protection page for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely.
