All data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3 encryption. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. Your eSIM QR codes are generated securely and delivered over encrypted channels.
We do not store your full card number. Payments are processed by PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal). We only store a tokenized reference for order history.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We monitor for suspicious login activity and can lock accounts that show signs of compromise.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your eSIM profile and order data are retained only as long as needed for support and legal compliance.
In the event of a security incident, we will notify affected users within 72 hours and take immediate steps to contain and remediate the issue. Contact [email protected] to report a security concern.
